This question is actually based on a philosophical misunderstanding. To be "God" presupposes that the Existence in question is uncreated. God therefore is outside of time and space, which are creatures. Since God is omnipresent and the source of all creation, all of time is always present to Him. This means that God sees everything simultaneously, like a moment, whereas we, who are subject to time and space, experience these things in a linear fashion. As a result, there was no "before" or "after" to God - God only sees things as now.
If we take literally the biblical concept of creation, then we probably should take literally the entire biblical narrative about creation. There are actually two creation accounts in Genesis: (1) verses 1:1 to 2:4a; (2) 2:4b to 2:22.
In the first of these, the ocean was already present and a wind moved across the surface. The seas rested on the dry land, which appeared on day 3 when God gathered the waters together. The first thing that God had to do was create day and night. So, although God was not entirely alone, this account certainly says that he was in darkness.
In the second account, there was pre-existing dry land, but God had yet to make it rain for plants to grow. A spring arose and God's first act of creation was to take some moist clay and made Adam. It appears from this account that all the basics were there - the sun and moon and stars, as well as the earth itself, but no living things. So, God was not entirely alone, and certainly not in darkness.
It may seem surprising that, in both creation stories, the basics were already there - the waters, the dry land, the wind and therefore the air. Many experts in Hebrew have carefully examined the texts and confirm that this is what they say. The biblical creations were not ex nihilo. Yair Zakovitch, Dean of Humanities at Hebrew University is quoted as saying, "The thing to remember about the Bible is that the events and characters are just vehicles to convey messages. The biblical narrative was written to educate our young nation, not so much to tell us what really happened."
The universe was, as the science claimed, created from nothing which is called the singularity. The "nothing" was dipped in Higgs field and a mass then created. From the mass, the universe was created.
Nothing whatsoever is know about life in other parts of the universe. It is not even known whether or not life exists anywhere outside the Solar System.
No, light is not the absence of darkness. Darkness is nothing, light is something. No, light is not the absence of darkness. Darkness is nothing, light is something. No, light is not the absence of darkness. Darkness is nothing, light is something. No, light is not the absence of darkness. Darkness is nothing, light is something.
In the end of Hindu Mythology world will end. And there will be nothing but darkness, possibly universe will also die.
No. The sun exists as inside the universe and was created after the big bang. Nothing (that we know of) existed before the universe.
In Pokemon, there is no worshiping of anyone. But there some Pokemon that could be worshiped if they were real. Arceus created the universe from nothing. He could resemble a god. Darkrai wishes to bring darkness over the world. He could be seen as a Satin. Dialga and Palkia created time and space. The could resemble gods. And Cresselia eliminates darkness. Maybe she could represent an angel.
absolute darkness is an area where no light can get into. there is nothing but darkness
Nothing whatsoever.
Nothing whatsoever. Compared to the Sun, Earth's Moon is a speck of dust. To be honest, Earth's Moon is nothing special, to any entities in the universe, except for those of us who reside on the planet Earth.
The darkness of the night lingered in the sky.
Nothing...or dark matter.Only 0.03% of our universe are the stars, the planets, the galaxies...99.97% of the universe is nothing...
Our concept of the "big bang" has no explanation about how or why, but our hypothesis is that there was NOTHING before the Big Bang created the universe.
