Why did miley switch with a fake Hannah during a concert?

Yes, I went to the concert and noticed that. They covered her up with a black sheet and took her backstage. During the part she was just dancing, and if you saw how long it takes to switch, change makeup, change clothes, fix hair, she could use the time. For crying out loud! Give her a break people!=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~yes she was fake i watched it on you tube and one of her dancers covered her up with a black sheet while she went in the dressing room under the drums and as soon as she went in another came out the other door with big white sunglasses on and hair in her face. They do a really quick swap right in the middle of the song. the 2nd person's (Ashley Nino--one of her backup dancers) voice sounded exactly like Miley's-she was lip-singing.============================================================================================

I could and others could tell right away it wasn't Miley--by her huge nose, the way she was trying to hide her face while dancing--and also how could miley put on those glasses that fast?

this part is from 4everhannah. That is true but who cares?! she cant just stop the song ( We Got The Party ) and go into her dressing room and turn back into miley!!!! i don't understand why people make such a big deal bout it!!!! and she only does it for 2 minutes!!! if even that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

miley has hypoglycemia which is you have low blood level. That's partly why she went off i think. Yes I know that is really important to do that or she could faint but when Nick Jonas goes of stage for insulin you don't see a fake Nick Jonas on stage. But it was probaly so she could change from Hannah to Miley. But they made it obvious how 'the fake Hannah' had glasses and she was dancing and throwing the wig in front of her face.

You should think that question through because she might have been singing for real or she could have lost her voice. An anyways I heard that she always sings her concert with her real voice.
