Page was not fired from Fox and left on good terms. She left when her contract ran out because they weren't going to let her off weekends and she has kids. Fox said as much when she left (see tvnewser). It was all friendly and thats how she ended up at NBC and msnbc.

∙ 12y agoNo Page Hopkins was not fired. After 6 years at FNC working weekends, she wanted to spend more time with her kids and FNC would not give her the schedule she wanted during contract negotiations. She has publicly stated she still has great respect for FNC and they parted on the best of terms. She can currently be seen filling in on NBC "Early Today" and on MSNBC in primetime news cutins.
