- 1 2 loaves of Cuban bread
- 2 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 1 pound of roast pork chopped
- 4 1 onion thinly sliced
- Mojo sauce( garlic cloves, salt, black peppercorns(whole), oregano, sour orange juice)
First you slice the loaves of bread in half. Butter each half of the loaves of bread. The pork needs to be warm. Heat some up in a pan with a dash of oil. Chop the pork with a meat cleaver. Layer the shredded pork onto the bread and cover with a single layer of sliced onion. Sprinkle with the mojo sauce you made earlier. Next you slice the sandwich in half diagonally and serve. Bon appetite.
