You don't buy specific "rare" silly bandz (or any of the other brands of shaped "rubber" bands) you buy retail packs, look for rare ones and then trade the common ones for rarer ones.

If you know that you want a specific shape you can possibly find it on an auction site like eBay. Otherwise you just have to buy lots of retail packs and hope that one of them contains the "rare" shape you want.

Silly bandz are usually pretty cheap. However if you want free ones, ask your friends or steal them which i would not recommend as stealing is against the law and you would much rather be better off buying the 25 cent rubber band.
