All endrocrine glands are located below the brain. If you mean the hypofyse though, that produces most of them.

The endocrine gland below the brain is the pituitary gland. It is split into anterior (adenohypophysis) and posterior (neurohypophysis) sections. They differ in the hormones they produce. Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin is pregnancy hormone. Pregnancy tests are designed to detect the presence of the pregnancy hormone called human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG, the hormone produced by the developing placenta) in urine.
