How do i get flash on Pokemon tower defense?

First you have to complete Diglets Cave, your avatar will say "Hey whats this on the floor, oh its the HM cut!". Then go to the level where Joey is helping you using his Rattata and Pidgey and put the pokemon that knows cut (does not have to be using it) and the pokemon will cut the bush. DO NOT skip the end because at the end Proffeser Oak will come out of where you cut the bush and give you the HM Flash. Hope this helped, and also if you want a shiny Charizard, look up my user, its I check every day. Get it before its gone!

Find cut in digglets tunnel and go back to route 2. put the pokemon that knows cut (before you start select pokemon and push TM/HM and teach cut, you need lots of money!) by the bush at the top corner of the screen. the bush is now automatically cut. finish off the wild pokemon and professor oak will come in and give you flash. you may need the hacked version of PTD. copy and paste to go to site that works best.
