The penis will stop growing when puberty is over. So most boys' penises will stop growing between the age of 16 and 22.
There is nothing much you can do to increase, or decrease the size of your penis. It is going to grow to the size it is genetically destined to be, regardless of what you do to it. There are not any foods, supplements, or exercises that will change the size of your penis. The only thing that changes it is the combination of hormones that occur during puberty. And then once puberty is over, it stops growing.
Usually around 18, boys stop growing at around 21. Some girls can continue growing up until 21 or even 26, but only centimeters or so. Not detrimental amounts.
Having a baby at a young age can slow your growth because your body is trying to keep you growing and grow a baby. One has to win out. Having sex won't. Your finalized height is simply genetics.
Edit: At 18 your heights ends, your periods get into a natural cycle [though some are irregular all a woman's life] and your breasts don't get any bigger [unless you start Birth Control or get pregnant, which can increase breast size].

21 years old is when your body stop growing.
Generally about the same time the rest of the body stops growing.
Only until they are done growing....males usually stop growing at 17-19 and females 16-18
that is impossible to stop, you will grow as tall as your body and genes allow.
The average male continues growing until they are in their early 20's...females usually stop growing earlier, usually in their late teens.
