The body releases waste:

Through the skin, in perspiration. Mainly the substances excreted through the skin are water and urea.

Through the lungs, where CO2 and other gases that are bodies do not need are excreted. Also, a small amount of moisture is excreted though the lungs.

Through the anus, mostly the solid food intake. Any nutrient that the body doesn't collect is passed through the large intestine which finally ends in the anus for excretion.

Through the urethra, in the form of urine. Urine is mainly water, but contains some nutrients and a substantial amount of urea.

Which body system get rid of metabolic waste?

Metabolic waste is eliminated in 3 major ways, as well as a few minor ways. The three major ways are as as liquid in urine, as solid in feces, and as exhaled gases. The urine is through the urinary (renal) system, the feces is through the excretory (digestive, or alimentary) system, and exhaled waste gases are through the respiratory system. Waste is also excreted in minor amounts in other ways such as sweating, etc. But these are not usually counted except in very specialized instances.
