If you have 195/60/15, your tires are 195 mm wide, and 60% of 195 mm high (side wall from edge to wheel). If you multiply 195 x .60 you get 117 mm high. Yor tires must be as close to this number as possible to maintain correct wheel circumference. 185/65/15 is almost a direct replacement. (185x.65=120 mm high, or 3 mm higher: about the same as 3 pennies thickness)
