∙ 13y agoIt depends which game you have. In Platinum version, Palkia is caught at level 70 and therefore has different moves than in Pearl. Here are it's moves in Platinum when you first catch it.
DRAGON Spacial Rend (Signature Move) PSYCHIC Heal Block
GROUND Earth Power NORMAL Slash

∙ 12y agoYou don't want to defeat Palkia. You want to cath Palkia with a master ball you should have found earlier in the game. If you used the master ball, you can use action replay and get 999 master balls. If you don't have action replay and you used you master ball, it is possible to cath Palkia without it. It is impossible to have to cathch a Pokemon with a master ball.
