Well, one of the good things about this emperor is that he united two parts of China into one. He made two religions into one, which was legalism. He also reduced the amount of Chinese characters to make writing easier. To keep invaders out of china, he built the great wall. The great wall was guarded by guards.

In addition to these wars, he built the Great Wall of China and, by doing this, he managed to kill many people who were working on it.
