$2.86 per gallon The price changes weekly, sometimes even daily. And most definitely by company. In Tehama County it should be around $2.24 as of June 21, 2010. In Shasta County it should be around $2.34 as of June 21, 2010. In Lake County it is (lowest company price or about 100 gallons) $297 and $347 SHOP AROUND. $2.15 in Chico (Tri Flame Propane) min 100 galons
I bought a 120 gallon tank for $525 from B.F. Welding in New Bedford a couple of months ago. I registered with two companies and dropped the pirate propane company known around the U.S.A. as Amerigas. I decided to buy my own tank to get out from under them at $4.49 last winter and they are still more than $1.00 per gallon higher than anyone else at this point in time. I filled my tank at $2.19 through Osterman's in MA on Dec. 5, 2008. Kingston Propane was second cheapest at $2.91 a gallon on the same date. I will be calling around again in a day or so and will find out the rate from those two again. I found Eastern Propane not very friendly and secretive. It is time people spread the word about getting their own tanks and relaying these companies practices and prices. They have held us hostage long enough and our state government does not seem interested in trying to regulate or open these companies up to make them honest and to have fair trade practices. I am new to this site and am glad you asked this question. I am trying to find a large network where this information can be posted daily as gas stations prices are being posted. All i can say is stay away from ARROW GAS !!! they raped me for $6.50 a gal.!!!
one gallon of 85w140 equals 7.53 lb/gallon 120/7.53=15.936 gallons
One gallon is greater because it is 128 fluid ounces.
400 pounds
The dimensions of a 10,000 gallon oil tank are 120 inches wide by 17 feet tall. A 10,000 gallon oil tank empty weights about 8,500 pounds.
The most common 1000 gallon oil storage tank is a flat-ended cylinder 48 inches in diameter. A gallon is 231 cubic inches. The area of a 48-inch circle (radius = 24") is pi*24² = 1809.56 in². 231,000 / 1809.56 = 127.7", or just under 10'-8". The nominal length is 10.5 feet.
I have a 120 Gallon aquarium with sand. They love it.

Here are the dimensions in inches, length, width, height found on different sites, they are very close. 48 7/8" x 25" x 25 5/8" 48 1/2" x 24 1/4" x 25 1/2"
1 cm, 1 cm and 120 metres is one possible answer.
It has whatever size tanks it was ordered with. It could have dual 60 gallon tanks, dual 100 gallon tanks, dual 120 gallon tanks, dual 150 gallon tanks, etc.
