1) We have coins for $1 and $2. We originally called the $1 coin loonie, and when we changed the $2 bill to a coin, everyone called it a toonie.

3) We have toques, in the winter, it gets cold, and we put on a toque.

8) We have the CBC, a national tv channel that works their schedule around playoff games, they don't switch to horse races in the middle of overtime.

9) 2 Official languages, french and english. Also, Quebec has wanted to separate from Canada for a while now and has a political party for this.
