(1), when MLK's brother, Alfred Daniel slid down the banister and accidentally hit "Mama" (AKA Alberta Williams King, their mother), knocking her out cold, MLK, believing that his mother was dead, ran upstairs and threw himself out a window (this was foolish, or suicide, but luckily, they both survived). (2), his mother finally died. (3), his house was once bombed. This is supposed to be on my essay that i have to turn in tommorow, so i couldn't find any more.
