i would say ALMOST approximately 5-10 years. same with the bahaman and also "brown" anole. here in Florida, green anoles are called anoles and brown anoles are called lizards. the record for green anoles lift expectency is 16 years.
Green Anoles live to about 4-5 years. Male Anoles normally live longer than female Anoles.
Green anoles have a captive lifespan, WITH PROPER CARE, of 5 to 8 years. In the wild, probably 1 to 3 years.
However, most anoles in the pet trade are wild-caught, and wind up in the hands of novice reptile keepers who do not have proper information on care, or who simply do not care enough about what is treated as a 'disposable pet' to take proper care of it. Such animals have a life expectancy of less than 6 months.
The solution to this is education, and an expectation of respect for the life of a pet, however small or inexpensive. You would not, after all, throw a free puppy out into the snow and feed it lettuce, just because you can easily get a new one if it dies.
I'd say average in the wild is something like 5-10. They have lived longer in captivity, but since most captive specimens are bought by inexperienced owners who have done minimal research, most captive specimens die by 3-5 years. They do have the potential to live longer, however.
The life span of a green anole is 4-5 years but usually the male anole has a longer life span than a female life span.
I hope that answers your question
3-5 years, but if well kept they can reach up to 7 years.
20 years

Green anoles are the exact opposite of endangered.Their numbers are rocketing on the eastern border and are considered "vermins" for so many breaking into homes.
