What are opinions on whether George W. Bush deceived the American public?
Opinions on President Bush Here are different opinions. Yes, Bush Deceived Americans George W Bush is the worst president ever because he deceived us or because he needlessly caused death and injury to thousands of American soldiers and many thousands of innocent Iraqi's. No, Bush Did Not Deceive Americans If he deceived us, then he also deceived every other nation that was gathering intelligence on Iraq. He also must have deceived former President Clinton as well as the former intelligence community and, while we're at it, he must have also deceived Saddam, who had instructed his military to use those weapons against any military force that attempted to overthrow the former president of Iraq. Sadam had used such weapons before, against his own people, against the people of Iran, and use scud missiles against Israel. After WWII, when Hitler had killed so many Jews, people were irate that the United States had not stopped the bloodshed. Now, President Bush has done something to stop a madman from killing innocents. Saddam has already attacked a peaceful neighboring nation. After he was defeated in Desert Storm, Saddam attempted to assassinate President Bush I. Prior to September 11, Hillary, Kennedy, Kerry and most of the U.S. Congress agreed that there was a desperate need for "Regime Change". Now that President Bush has actually done that, the same people that originally agreed with getting rid of Saddam are upset that they didn't get to do it. Now they've all turned against Bush. It's interesting that the success in Afghanistan is never mentioned by the leftist media. Democrats want to get back into power and are willing to throw mud to get there. The old political saying still holds true. Throw enough mud and eventually, some of it will stick.

Answer . Not very good. He currently enjoys one of the lowest approval ratings of any president in his second term. The Iraq war is now largely regarded as a mistake by man…y political scientists and the majority of the American public. Considering his low approval ratings and the Iraq quagmire, he is likely to end up on the list of nation's least effective and thereby worst presidents. this is a diff. oppinion, i need the actually rank he got... for hw!

The lie which Josheph McCarthy told to America was that anyone who believed in the political ideology of communism or Marxism, or had ever done so at any time in his or her li…fe, or who was socially associated with communists in anyway, was therefore an agent of the Soviet Union and was bent upon the destruction of America. Exactly why McCarthy would wish to create an atmosphere of paranoia in America is a matter of psychological speculation, but the simplest explanation would be that he actually was a paranoid schizophrenic. Other than that, he may simply have calculated that this would be a route to political power for himself. My own guess is that he was guided by a mixture of actual paranoia and political opportunism.
He has not committed a capital offence.Â
He wasn't, as his father George H W Bush was president from 1989 to 1993.
In Vietnam War
The American people (US citizens) are generally well informed in relevance to their time. Another words, during the 1860s in the US, most Americans were more informed about t…he US Civil War since they had to live thru it. At the same time, they would have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever about the Vietnam War, since they didn't live in the 1960s. Bottom line: Americans living in the 1860s would be generally knowledgeable about the 1860s, Americans living in the 1960s would be generally knowledgeable about the 1960s, etc.
Bush was because he had nothing to do with rebelling against the british in the 1700"s Washington is by a very long way. At least he fought for his principles. He may have b…een a rebel in the eyes of the British but no one can doubt his courage or ability. His command of the English language was probably far better too.
