Atoms will not be able to move at Absolute Zero (Zero Kelvin), they would reach what is called zero-point energy, but as this is a theoretical limit and cannot be achieved, no one will ever know for sure.

The kinetic energy of a material is reduced to it's minimum state, so it is impossible to extract any more heat from the material. This temperature is impossible to achieve in a laboratory, although scientists have achieved temperatures measured in nanokelvins, i.e. billionths of kelvin. The temperature is -273.15 Celsius.

It is not actually possible to reach absolute zero, only approach it. At temperatures very close to absolute zero, matter ceases to be matter in the normal sense and becomes what is a called a Bose-Einstein condensate. For more on Bose-Einstein condensates see the related links below

Temperature is the measure of average molecular motion. What that means is that when individual particles are moving quickly, the temperature measured is high. So when particle motion is very low, the temperature is as well. Because Kelvin is the absolute scale of temperature, 0K means there is no particle motion.

Realize that 0 K is the temperature which means all particle motion has stopped, not that particle motion stops because it has reached absolute zero (0K).

Temperature is essentially an indication of average molecular motion. The Kelvin temperature scale is defined with zero at the point were there is no molecular motion. So all molecular motion stops at zero Kelvin because that is how the Kelvin scale was created.
