Best Answer

In the nucleus of the atom there are two things: protons and neutrons. Protons have a positive charge and neutrons no charge.

Protons are subatomic particles found in the central unit on an atom: the nucleus. It's positively charged.

Protons are found in the Nucleus of the Atom. In fact the Nucleus of an Atom can only be made up of Protons and Neutrons. The Electrons in the Atom just orbit the Nucleus. Actually most of the Atom is just empty space in terms of volume of the Electron(s) and the Nuleus. This should answer the Question.
