Things are getting better, and fewer Russians are leaving for other countries, which is why Russia is considered to be a strong candidate for being an economic superpower that will rival the European Union or America.

International: Building up 'Trade' to a respectable level (It can be the biggest oil exporter) to bolster 'Rouble' that will fuel domestic recovery. There are no special military commitments of significance.
