When choosing a carpet manufacturer, one would have to consider what type of carpet one needs. Some popular carpet manufacturers are China Manufacturers, Flooring & Carpets, Buy Carpets Online, Online Carpet Store, Belper Carpet & Flooring.
It is possible to do but not a recommended practice Carpet tiles are designed to be installed over a stable surface. Even if you use one of the solvent based outdoor adhesives there will be some movement of one carpet against the other. This abrading will result in premature separation of the layers and you will be constantly trying to re adhere sections of the floor as they come loose. The best procedure is to remove the existing carpet, prep the surface & then install the tiles.
Mastic is an adhesive not a flooring some manufacturers say it can be used on floor tiles how ever I would not recommend using mastic on a floor as it would take forever to cure

Yes. In some but not in all. It is also found in the glue that hold the tiles to the floor.
Ceramic tiles have a grout "gap" but vinyl tiles shouldn't have a gap.
The Home Depot and Lowe's both sell berber carpet tiles, which are pretty easy to install as well. Amazon also sells some too! I might look into getting myself some of the carpet tiles too!
not something you really want to do will be a big mess easier to pull them up then put the new carpet down so you have some concrete or plywood to put the glue on will be hard work to pull the tiles up but your new carpet will stay down longer
You need to know the area of the portion of floor you wish to cover, and you need to know the size of the carpet tile. To measure area, use the formula for a rectangle, which is the length times the width. If the floor is not a rectangle, divide it up into rectangles. For example, an "L" shaped room can be measured as two rectangles. Be sure to measure in consistent units -- such as yards, feet or inches. As an alternative, find out the size of the carpet tiles in inches. Then measure the length of the rectangle in inches, and divide by the tile size. That is the number of rows in that direction; do likewise for the width. Then multiply together for the total number of tiles in that rectangle.
You shouldn't use a floor steamer on vinyl floor tiles because the steam could cause the floor to buckle, come up at the seams or on the edges. Steamers are good for tile floors and some hardwood floors.
