in ocd people's inner self compel him/her to do the same thing again and again and the effect was that patient was disturbed all the time .he/she not concentrate their full attention to their task and was constantly thinking abut that act.sometime patient has hallucinations and sometime he/she has irrelevant thoughts about that particular thing or object .
