HI, It's called a `vocal eliminator` and although it seems to work, it won't completely remove the vocals from music. If you want more info on how to build one, there's several diagrams on the internet. Try searching, `vocal+eliminator+diagrams` and vocal+eliminator+schematics` on the 'net and see what you come up with. you plug in your iPod and go to the music section under your iPod's name. Then Right click on the song you want to put lyrics on and click get info. there will be a lyrics tab. click on it and you can type in the lyrics. you can also copy and paste the lyrics off of this website:www.lyricsmine.com
If you go into iTunes, you click on the song you want and access the songs info (Mac: Command+I, Windows: Right-click, then "Get Info"). Then, in the menu, click on the "Lyrics" tab. There should be a big empty box in there where you can type up the lyrics.
