Ask someone at the reference desk of your local public library for the Occupational Outlook Handbook. It lists all kinds of information you would need to know,(including the salary) of just about any occupation you can think of.
It is impossible to answer this question. It is increasingly more difficult to find a high paying job without qualifications, but not impossible. Many people have found the arts (writing, Photography or painting) to be extremely profitable, whilst others have found themselves starving in search of what will always remain their 'dream'. Most of these people have no qualifications at all. It entirely depends on the line of work you choose, your 'people skills', and your employer. However, is this really the right question to ask? What if you could find a job where you were truly happy, and yet did not have a large income. Would this be enough? Or would you always be in search of more? If happiness is what you are aiming for, then perhaps it would make more sense to search for a job in an area that you enjoy. As after all, money is not everything, although some in necessary in this materialistic world.
Entertainment which includes the performing arts and sport offers the potential for the biggest paycheck without formal education. While they may not have a formal education, the work and hours put it their craft far exceeds what would be needed for a formal education.

Amount of schooling really has little to do with how much money you make. A person with little to no schooling that has determination and natural ability can make more money than someone with a Master's degree. In general, it's a really bad idea to go to school for something simply because you can make a lot of money at it. It tends to end with a lot of time and money wasted because there's no real motivation to do well in it. The key is to find something you enjoy doing and then devise a way to make a lot of money while doing it, taking the time to get properly educated along the way, if need be. There's real truth in the saying 'If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life.'

In a sense this is unanswerable. President of a company is typically one of the higher paying jobs, but you don't technically have to go to college at all for that, you just have to be selective in your choice of ancestors (i.e. try to pick a father who owns a big company). A Bachelor's degree typically requires four years of college. That's probably the minimum requirement for most "high-paying jobs" that don't somehow involve nepotism or a great deal of luck.
It will usually take at least 30 days. If an insurance company is paying the amount out, maybe longer. They don't like paying that money out, because they lose interest on it because it is no longer in the bank
