personnel administration is also known as human resource management who are focused on recruitment,placement, training , disciplinary measures . it also includes the monetary and non monetary incentives, retirement benefits of the personnel with in the organization as well as assisting the top organization. Without the personnel administration , it is impossible to achieve the organizational goal and become a a successful organization. It includes the following operative principles 1.Analysis and design of work- it is the stage where job description is created.job description which gives the organization a list of task duties and responsibilities that job entails. It also includes the job design and redesign.

2.HR planning-It is a process of an organization to asses the needs or number of personnel needed for a job.It includes "forecasting",goal setting and strategic planning and program implementation and evaluation.It involves checking whether the company has successfully avoided any potential labor shortages and surplus.

3.Recruitment-This is a process that entails stimulating the prospective applicant to apply for the job put up by the personnel administrator. this includes e recruiting , direct applicants or referal , public and private employment agencies.

4.Selection-proccess by which companies , organization decide who will or will not be allowed into organizations. it includes interview, reference, biodata physical ability test , work sample test.

5.Training and development- this is a continous process of imparting, developing and upgrading personnel.For the newly hired ,training is needed in order to perform their job well as well as preparing them for the future. This includes the activities such as dessigning effective training activities, ensuring readines for training , creating learning environment and evaluating training programs.

6.Compensation-pay is one of the mainstream in a society associated it with appropriate working condition.The minimum page benchmark should be followed.There should be a sound and effectivce scheme to boost the efieiciency and effectiveness of an employee.This includes employee benefits insurance retirement packages pay for time like holidays.

7.Performance management- This will evalluate the performance . this includes defining performance , performance appraisal and performance feed back.
