England itself has only one national flag, the St. George's Cross which is a red cross on a white background (although in the Middle Ages, the colours were reversed). The English county of Cornwall has a flag of it's own called the St. Piran's Cross, which is white on a black background (although Cornwall is technically a part of England, most of it's population are actually of Celtic descent rather than Anglo-Saxon or Anglo-Norman in origin, and the Cornish language is still spoken in some areas).
The flag of Wales is the Red Dragon, depicting a red dragon on a green field with a white sky.
The Scottish flag, or 'saltire', is The St. Andrew's Cross, a diagonal white cross on a blue background.
The flag of Northern Ireland is a red diagonal flag on a white background, although Republicans prefer to use the Irish tricolour as they don't like having to acknowledge that Ulster is seperate from the Irish Republic, and Loyalists prefer the 'Red Hand' flag- pretty much the same as the St. George's flag but with a red hand held palm-forwards in the centre of it.
The Isle of Mann is not a part of the UK, but for the record it's national flag is the Three Legs- three golden or silver-coloured legs in Mediaeval armour bent at the knee and joined to form a design not unlike the Swastika, on a red background.
The only flags that claim to represent the United Kingdom as a whole are the Union Jack and the Royal Standard- divided into four smaller rectangles, the Royal Standard depicts the three lions of England in the top right and bottom left corners- the top right has yellow lions on a red background, whilst on the bottom left these colours are reversed. In the top left is the rampant red lion of Scotland on a yellow background and with a red border, whilst in the bottom right is a yellow female-headed harp on a navy blue background, representing Ireland. However, neither the Union Jack nor the Royal Standard really represent the whole of the UK as they do not include Wales (they were designed before Wales was legally recognised as a seperate country).

Yes. She flew the flags of England, France and the United States (but not Ireland). However, flags are removed at sunset so she was not flying anything when she sank.
