Carbs are not required in your diet. Carbs fallow you in your normal diet. That means that most of the food contains the carbs. Too many of carbs are not good for you to consume. They promote obesity.

The Food you eat daily contains carbs? And it depends on your daily life activities, how busy lifestyle you have and how much physical exhausting it for you? For, Example if you are an athlete then you may need a lots of carbs because of you busy physical schedule and activities all day long. But if you have inactive life style and mostly you work from on place sitting on chair and don't have routine physical exercise plan, then you need low carb diet. And remember only carbs in natural food are good and easy to digest.
