Many plants can be both harmful and helpful, depending on how they are used. Some can hurt you if you touch them, like stinging nettles, yet they are used a tea to provide stomach relief and other health benefits. Another plant, belladonna, is extremely toxic, and yet it is used to make drugs such as atropine as well as finding its way into cosmetics and other common products.
