Eggs, flour, milk and spices are the ingredients in Latvia's Easter eggs.
Specifically, a hole is made at opposite ends of the uncooked egg. Air is blown into one end to force the egg to pour out the other. A pinch of spice is added to each egg that has been blown into a dish. The shells are set aside for festive dyes.
Eggs are mixed together gently. Several pinches of spices and then flour are added. The ingredients are scrambled with milk in a pan over careful heat. Serve immediately.
