In Islam we have only two major ceremonies:

Eid Al-Fitr "which is the first day on which we break our fasting at the End of the holey month of Ramadan and the next two days after that day.

AND

Eid Al-Adha "Sacrifies Day"

Which is day ten of the month of Hajj. After pilgrims throw stones, cut their hair and circulate around Kabah, they slaughter a goat or if more than one pilgrims wish they can share slauthtering a camel or a cow.
