You are responsible for your own actions regardless of self induced anything. Depending on the state laws this could result in conviction for manslaughter, murder one or two, criminaly negligent homicide etc. This is a felony , a serious crime. The sole defense I can think of is to claim total stupidy and a lack of a good moral upbringing. Find some remorse and pray for some type of mature understanding for other peoples well being as you do your prison time.
