A person who believes in individualism is most likely to be selfish and ignorant. A selfish person normally hold a belief that the world owes him and not the other way around. A ignorant person normally do not know the purpose of his life in this world. If you do not respect the world, you do not respect nature; you do not care about nature and if nature crosses your path no one cares what happens to you, the world do not owe you anything . If you do not know the purpose of your existence, you are naturally living for the betterment of your body and not for the betterment of your mind. Therefore , when your body is sick, your mind is also sick. On the other hand, if you train your mind, your body may be sick but not your mind (you will still be fresh and healthy). Furthermore, if you live purposelessly, you tend to be deluded and mentally diseased; you are not contented with what you have, as well as not contended with what others is having.
