I believe it is a scam. When I first tried the site, I every easily won a few low ticket items (Blu-Ray discs) and then was closed out because I had won my limit and could not bid for a while. Boy, was that easy! I was chomping on the bit for my blackout period to end so I could start bidding on the things I really wanted. Guess what? I never came close to winning anthing again, cheap or expensive. I even wasted time trying to figure out if there was a better time of day or night to bid when fewer were on line. I even tried bidding at 2AM or 3 AM when I figured both the east and west coast were asleep. I am not impressed at all by their argument that if you don't win the cost of your bids is subtracted from the price of your item should you wish to order it from them. Well, all their prices are bust out retail and I don't know anyone who pays that anymore! You can always pay less by scouring the internet or just paying a visit to your local Costco or WalMart. I think it's a site for shutins who can't get to Atlantic City to drop their funds into the nickel slots!
