well it'd help if you were more specific but i used to be a tech in one in New Jersey so i'll try to explain it the best i can. one or more persons work the register where people pick up their prescriptions, they usually ask you to verify your address or birthday. one or more people work where you drop off your prescriptions. it does look sketchy for a young kid to bring in a prescription for roxicet, that's what people with fake prescriptions always get them for 99% of the time. the people working there just know when a prescription is fake. and then one or more people work to actually fill the prescription. a script for a controlled substance must be counted twice. only the pharmacist can fill the scripts for narcotics, cause those are locked away in safes. and also, if the pharmacy has a drive through, one person usually works there. the hard copy prescriptions are filed away, under regular ones, controlled substances, and narcotics. hope that answers your question.
