What would you like to do?
This is sort of a normal thing, it is because of the hair folicles. They gather up too close together in places like your thigh, knees, chest, etc. The best way to get rid of them is to apply lotion to them twice a day for 2 weeks. If it doesnt work, you may need to see a doctor.

A diagnosis cannot be made from a description. See a doctor. It sounds like it may be heat bumps or sweat bumps. I believe it may also have to do with thighs rubbing together …that makes bumps. I was told it could be HPV
Answer The red itchy bumps on your legs may be caused by irritation or scratching. If your female and shaved your legs, this could be why you have red bumps. Especially… if you was itching. Or alternatively it could be because of the shower gel, soap, cleaning products, washing powder products etc. If the rash is especially itchy, apply some soothing cream which will clear up the bumps and help with the irritation. Also wash your legs down with water and dont use any products before you apply the cream. This is just incase the product that caused the irritation is still on your skin and washing it off with water will remove the product from your skin. Hopefully preventing the red bumps from reappearing. If I have helped you in my reply, please recommend me. Also recommend your friends to WikiAnswers. :o)
Answer Sounds like you have an allergy to something so keep a log of what you eat and it could be hives. If it's starting to burn/itch and getting worse (starti…ng to fill with fluid) you could have the start of shingles. Shingles usually follow nerves (it will look like a red, blistered line). My bet is you have hives. It's best to go to your doctor and be diagnosed before it gets worse. Answer This sounds a lot like something I got once while working in schools. I researched forever to find the answer. The best I could come up with was pityriasis rosea. The bumps were light red and they were worst on my back and chest, but they spanned in all the other areas that were noted in the post. I know I read about steroid treatments, but those were to just help with itching and I don't think that they get rid of it. I just waited it out, but it lasted almost 2 months.

Answer Check with your doctor, but I had something like that once and it ended up being an irritation from my soap. Your testicals are nothing to mes…s with. Go see a doctor.
Itchy red bumps can be caused by many things. They could be an allergic reaction to something such as a new detergent or medication. They can also be caused by contact der…matitis, poison ivy, a reaction to sunlight, an illness, and bug bites.
It sounds like a rash.
The itchy red bumps on your bum could be an insect bite or a sweat rash. Try and wear loose cotton underwear and wash regularly to minimize sweat.

Small itchy bumps on your thigh are likely just heat rash. This should go away if you do not scratch it.
