Wearing a bra to bed isn't good for you. It isn't allowing blood to circulate everywhere it's supposed to. You should always make sure you take your bra, and underwear off before you go to bed. Undergarments aren't meant for sleeping in.
No sweetheart, your breasts wont stop growing! Wearing an underwire bra can actually keep them "perky."

Many people believe that is wrong to wear a bra to bed because it can cause strain on the back by wearing a bra. It can be good for the breast to have the support of the bra at night though it really is personal preference.
I'm wearing 1 green grey polka dotted bra and 1 grey butterfly bra, and a sports bra why do you ask because bras are very comfortable. oh and I wear bras to bed all the time because that's the way I sleep very well and I'm wearing some comfort plus medium heels to bed because I sleep well with all this on.
Never. The breast tissue needs to rest from the bra and does not feel good if always pressed together.
stop wearing a bra to bed. It is not good to wear a bra at all times. you do not need to wear it every hour of the day. the rash is from it rubbing against ur skin. it is also not good for breast development. wearing a bra to bed will slow down ur breast grown. also, change your bra often. u do not need to every day, but youn should wash it. Change your bra more often, wash and dry very well under the breast and use a Pambra.. it a bra liner that keeps you dry and comfortable. it absorbs the moisture in the bra area.. Pambra's the original bra liner is also Dr recommended yeah.
Never wear a bra to bed. It will restrict blood circulation to the little capillaries in your breast tissue, which may cause your breasts not to develop to their full potential. Slip the bra off before you go to bed to allow your breasts to also have a rest!
Wearing a bra to bed at the age of 13 will prevent your breasts from developing anyfurther so it would make it worse!
