What are your Strengths and Weakness?

My weakness is never saying "no" to those needing help. My strength includes being a good communicator, being a team player, and the ability to be flexible in different working environments.
One's strengths are the things one is good at or have experience in. e.g. you may feel you are very good with people, you may be very good at English and it's construction, you may love working with numbers, you may be available to do overtime without problems, you may speak a foreign language or work well under pressure. You may have extensive experience in certain areas. Your weaknesses are things about which you feel you are not fully competent, i.e. you may have little experience in certain areas such as design or working with numbers. You may not be able to travel for the company because of family or other restraints. Your accounting skills may only be to a certain level. You may not be available for overtime on certain days of the week for some reason. You may be restricted by the vagaries of public transport or live far from the company. You may need to warn them you need to take leave before it is due to you [for a pre-planned family wedding for example]. You may be a slow reader or not have experience writing business letters.
