Article I, Section 2 establishes that the House has the sole power of impeachment.

Article I, Section 3 establishes that all impeachments shall be tried by the Senate.

Article II, Section 4 establishes that "all civil officers shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of" a list of offences.

Finally, Article III, Section 1 establishes that the justices "shall hold their offices during good behavior" ... in other words, as long as they're not impeached and convicted.
