Other than surgery the only way to decrease your breast size is with weight loss. They are mostly fat tissue and breast tissue, and weight loss will help some. A good sports bra that has 2 separate cups will give you the most support while exercising.

I read that the more room you give any developing body part, the more it will grow, so technically the more you wear a bra, especially if it's tight, the less it would grow in time.
