There isn't a button or command to do this but there is a shortcut. If you type the name of the first month into a cell, you can then click and drag the small black + that appears when your mouse is over the bottom right corner of the cell. This will automatically fill in the other month names in sequence.
You can use Fill series. What you can also do is type the name of a month into a cell. Then use the fill handle to drag down or right and it will fill out the subsequent months into the other cells.
Type in Jan or Janary into a cell. Then, using the Fill Handle, drag down or across and the other months will be filled out.
applications are automatically unblocked after 6 months from the time you blocked it.
