That's hard to say without more information, but one possibility is an allergic reaction to a product you may have applied to those areas. Have you used anything different lately? Like detergent when doing laundry, or a lotion that you applied there?

The other possibility is that you may have come into contact with an allergen from a plant.

Another possibility is that you ate something you are allergic to. One common allergy that has similar results is avocado.or it could be peanuts, MSG, or any one of a number of food additives.

I don't know how many answers you're going to get on this, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are all different. One possible cause could be that a slight allergic reaction has been caused by the detergent that your family uses to wash your clothes in. There are hypo-allergenic options that don't necessarily cost a lot more. This reaction could be one that has built up over time, or maybe Mom just switched from one detergent to another recently. Another possiblilty is the soap you use for bathing. Does it have lots of scent/perfumes? Possible food allergy
