How to lose weight? well first of all don't starve yourself or work your body too hard exercising.

  • cut down on snacks
  • plan time to work out some days of the week
  • get active
  • get involved in sports
  • try to eat more healthy
  • instead of being lazy get up and do something
  • go on walks, jogs, or runs
  • drink plenty of water
  • instead of the sugar try a fruit or vegetable
  • stop eating so much junk food
  • try to watch how much you eat and what your eating

Consume less calories than I use. Typically, you need to start measuring your caloric intake (calories per day) and deduct your caloric output (estimate how many calories you burn in a day). When you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight.

a. Do 40-45 mins of cardio 4-5 days in a week

b. Take up weight training and train with weights 3 days in a week(whole body workouts are better)

c. Eat a bit lesser than your needs. And watch your macro nutrients. Eat high protein, moderate carb and low fat diet

d. Drink plenty of water

e. Sleep properly. Cos without proper sleep you wont be able to work harder to reach your goal.

f. Track progress every week and make adjustments to diet, workouts etc based on progress. For eg.. u lost 2 lbs in first week and only 1 lbs in second week, then increasing a little cardio would be a great idea.

2-2.5 lbs weight lossper week is ideal. Don't try to lose more than that as you may take your health to a toss

People all can lose weight by going on a healthy diet. With lots of proteins and nutrients that will help. Everyone has a different metabolism so they're weight will decrease at a lower pace. Another thing to remember is the food pyramid. It will help with your servings and making a diet schedule. Make sure you vary your foods and cut out all junk food. And don't starve yourself. Just slowly decrease your portions to a healthy size and you will feel less hungry and less tempted to indulge overtime. Also for some, some multivitamins may help. Keep count of calories, carbs etc.

Exercise is always a mandatory thing. Not only will it help decrease your weight but it builds muscle helps joints and builds self esteem. A nice way of exercise is to swim. Another enjoyable way that can be VERY effective is taking a simple hour walk in the morning. And an hour walk in the evening. This will help tone your body while actually making you feel great and healthy.

the best way to lose weight is to work off 250 calories each day, and don't get it back. Eat five different friuts and vegetables each day and eat a balanced diet. Drink plently of water. When you eat, don't eat until you're tired, but eat so you know that you're not full, but you're full enough so you won't be hungry anymore. Work out at least one hour each day doing something strenuous, like lifting weights or jogging.

i'm a cheerleader, & what my team does to stay active & keep the weight off is ankle weights! they help alot(: also not running, but walking on a treadmill. hope this helps!
