try stretching the pelvis:
lie on your back bring the front of your leg (quad) up towards you using your hands cross fingered and placed behind your knee.
bring it gently to towards your chest until your feel a slight stretch.
Now while it this position, put your clasped hands in front of the knee and gently push your knee away in the opposite direction to the stretch before. and hold (you should feel a discomfort where your leg joins your bum on the inside leg) repeat this alternation 5 times each and do it 1 or 2 times a day.
