∙ 16y agoWack a load of chlorine in it, pronto! This is the beginning of bacteria about to breed at an exponential rate. Leave the pool for a few days and then run the pump and filter until it clears. You have some residue on the pool floor which will need removing.

∙ 12y agoShock it; and get some algaecide and use the maximum dosage recommended. Brush thoroughly and vacuum 24 hours later.
If it's not a ton better the next day, do another does of algaecide.
