I don't like the fact that the State of mississippi is so boring, But there are few fun things to do here. I will put my favorites- Choctow county is a great place to visit. It has a great water park called geyser falls. Jackson Mississippi has many fun things to do including The Mississippi braves (the minor leage baseball team) and has many good restaurants. Biloxi Mississippi and GulfPort are both pretty fun The beaches are man made but it is better than nothing. Tunica Mississippi is a fun small town with a Mississippi River museum including an aquarium and a river boat ride. Tupelo Mississippi also has many things to do like Elvis' birthplace and many restaurunts and a mall. that is about all the places i can think about if none of these places fit you just visit Memphis it is right above Southaven. I hope this helps
