From second hand smoke alone - NONE. Cancer is a multiple-factorial medical condition - i.e. several or many factors contribute to its development.
Highly biased and cherry-picked studies by Anti-Tobacco suggest that a small increased risk (around 20%) of lung cancer exists after decades of spousal exposure (ie, 24x7) to second hand smoke. Less biased and more reliable studies have suggested greater increased risks from exposure to the fumes from gas cookers and wood burning stoves.
All these increased risks pale into insignificance when compared to that of a family history of cancer (around a 300% increased risk).
Second-hand smoke can be just as bad as smoking itself. The same diseases one gets from smoking can appear in someone constantly subjected to second-hand smoking ex: multiple cancers(breast, lung, RCC, and brain tumors). there's also an increased risk of infections, heart disease, and other lung problems.
yes
second-hand smoke is where you breathe in smoke so its like smoking a second time.
Yes there is. It is a law prohibiting smoking in public places which could cause second hang smoking
i think about millions people die from second hand smoking
first hand smoke and second hand smoke
smoking and second hand smoke
Second Hand Smoking
Passive smoking.
All cancers!
Direct smoking is purposely smoking and inhaling the smoke. Indirect smoking is the person near the smoker inhaling the second hand smoke.
Because the more people who quit smoking the less second hand smoke there will be. Any reduction in smoke entering your lungs is benficial.
