Not sure if engine related maybe pre-ignition try a higher grade of fuel May be power train related and perhaps a cv joint
That's what relays do when they are energized.
If clicking while trying to start then might be a bad starter. If clicking while running, then might be valve/lifter noise.

The brakes may make a clicking noise if the caliper is going bad. I just changed the brakes and the rotors and discovered my car was making a clicking noise. The garage I took it to replaced the caliper, so now it doesn't make the noise anymore.
That is the neutral safety switch making the click sound.
The answer is some flat edge on a couple of needle bearings on the universal joint.
it is not the hazard system, but comes from the speedo cable which is routed behind the dashboard thus making it sound like the flasher unit.
Coming from the drive wheels? Could be worn CV joints

One thing that can cause a clicking noise under the car is when the bar bushings get worn out on the sway bar. Also, it could be coming from the struts if strut oil is leaking.
