worn cv joint =[
If it is a thumping and a front wheel drive car, it is probably one of the axles.
the noise coming from this truck is the uv goints
IT COULD BE A BREAKDOWN IN THE TIRE CORDS, HAVE A TIRE SHOP CHECK IT OUT. IT HAPPENED TO ME.
Could be a bad tire, loose lug nuts, wheel bearing going bad and if the truck is a 4 wheel drive it could be the front axle CV joint going bad.
You could have a balljoint that is going bad or possibly a strut mount too.
warped rotors, you probably had someone put on new tires with an inpact wrench and overtightened the lug nuts , this uneven tightening causes the rotors to warp giving a pulsating feel to the brake pedal and a thumping noise to the brakes.

Warped rotors is the most likely cause. Seek professional help.
