I had really bad leg cramps too, I have found that increasing my intake of calcium made the biggest difference. I am not much into vitamins, they are not too good for you, but increasing eating foods high in calcium shouled help a bunch. That will take a while to kick in, in the mean time, try resting with your legs propped up on a mountain of pillows. Rubbing the legs can help as well. If it is one area that is really bothering you a hot pack may help. If you are having any caffeine at all, this will make the most minor lef cramp 100 times more intense, I am speaking from experience. Caffiene should be iliminated as is sicks the calcium our of yoru bones, the worst culprit is pop, slurpies, and coffee. Pray for wisdom, and God will shown you what you can do in your diet to make the needed changes, your body is telling you to change something.

You can have uterine cramping at the time you would have had your first period after conception. If you have spotting after this time for your first period tell your doctor soon. It's normal to have cramps during pregnancy. They're likely to be from other causes -- stomach cramps, constipation, etc. You may want to mention them to your doctor at your next regular visit. ============================== I am 4 weeks pregnant and my cramps feel very similar to period cramps.
