Blood clots can do both. I may just be the blind leading the blind, but I had the same thing and it is your posture. Look at yourself while you are standing. If you are in the wrong posture, your stomach and butt will stick out. Your head will be right above your butt and your back will make a big curve like a banana It will take some time to fix this, but it will be well worth it. You will have less aches, cramped muscles, and you will have better stamina. The easiest way to begin training your back is to be very careful when you sit. You must make sure that at all times that your back is adjacent, if not touching, the back of the chair. You just should make sure that you do not push yourself too hard. Your back does have a natural curve, but not extreme. Make sure that you do not try to make it perfectly straight. If your back is perfectly straight, it will appear as if you are hunching over constantly. I hope this helped!
